John Osborne, AICP has held numerous significant roles in the public and private sector managing a variety of projects. His positions in Manatee County Government as a Deputy County Administrator, Planning Director, Construction Project Manager and Urban Planner helped him fine tuned his talents and showcased his passion, creativity and dedication to his community. He is able to leverage his knowledge of technology to bring more data-driven decisions to his clients. Never apart from his laptop, he always has a dataset open or mapping something. John also worked for private sector firms in Charlotte, NC and SW Florida to include his former award-winning company, Smith-Osborne Associates.
