John Osborne, AICP has held numerous significant roles in the public and private sector managing a variety of projects. His positions in Manatee County Government as a Deputy County Administrator, Planning Director, Construction Project Manager and Urban Planner helped him fine tuned his talents and showcased his passion, creativity and dedication to his community. He is able to leverage his knowledge of technology to bring more data-driven decisions to his clients. Never apart from his laptop, he always has a dataset open or mapping something. John also worked for private sector firms in Charlotte, NC and SW Florida to include his former award-winning company, Smith-Osborne Associates.

Barbra Osborne provides comprehensive urban planning and land development consulting services to public- and private-sector clients. Her expertise includes land development review, process analysis, GIS services, emergency management planning, debris management, and disaster recovery planning for local governments. She also provides on-call consulting support for a variety of local government administrative functions.

For private-sector clients, Barbra specializes in GIS-based site suitability research and project management, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams to navigate local government approval processes and secure development entitlements for residential and commercial projects.

In addition to her consulting work, Barbra oversees the business operations of Green Street Associates, ensuring the firm’s continued delivery of responsive, high-quality services to its clients.
